This Privacy Policy explains how CELERIS MOBILITY ALLIANCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (hereinafter: the “Company”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data of users of our website, as well as our business partners, employers, and job seekers in connection with our recruitment and mobility services.

We act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish law.

2.2. Data of job seekers / candidates

  • CV / resume, cover letters, and other documents uploaded through the website

  • Data related to employers, contracts, and financial documentation is stored for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

  • Technical and analytics data is stored for the duration consistent with our cookie and analytics tools settings.

After the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Right to lodge a complaint – you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
